Why re-copying matters more than you’d think
The single most common self-inflicted failure is a copy-paste error: an extra space, a missing character, an autocorrected letter. The register matches the code exactly, so ‘KINGSWELCOME15 ‘ with a trailing space reads as a different, invalid code. Before you conclude anything, delete what’s in the field and paste it again cleanly. It fixes more ‘dead’ codes than any other single step.
When it really is the code
